Thank you Seth Azria for getting my traffic ticket dismissed. It was an out of state ticket and I was worried about the consequences. Attorney Azria was very courteous and he allayed all my concerns. He promised me to try his best to reduce the number of points. However, he was able to get the ticket dismissed. Its a classic case of under promise and over deliver.

It's been quite a few months, maybe a year since Seth got my speeding ticket reduced to a non moving violation. After speaking with several attorneys I went with Seth because he was exactly as described in his reviews. He was reachable, returned my calls, answered all my questions (which there were many). After a few weeks he and his staff got back to me with a positive outcome. It cost some money in fees and fines but a few months later my insurance had dropped $800. I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me.
