I were given a speeding ticket in Otego New York, which the law office of attorney Azria was able to get dismiss. I am from Boston Mass and did not have to travel outside my state to hire attorney azria i was able to paid his fee with my credit card, and did not have to go to court or anything he was able to get everything resolve and they kept me informed at all time in the process can said enough about their services i am very pleased with the overall service, and i will definitely recommend them.

I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. I feel a huge relief knowing all of my tickets are over with, and I could not thank Mr. Bruffett enough. He also gave me his personal phone number and I was able to text and call him whenever I needed him. Before I even retained him, I had a question and texted him and he called me and walked me through the entire process. I highly recommend Mr. David Bruffett and his firm Azria & Bruffett. Azria & Bruffett did a very professional and effective job of dealing with my (out of state) speeding ticket in upstate NY. I was going 75 in a 65 which means multiple points along with a hefty fine. Ralph Habib was able to reduce the magnitude of my ticket down to a no points, non-moving violation. The paralegal Monica coordinated all of the communications and made it a very easy process for me. Fees were reasonable and competitive with other firms I shopped around at. I would recommend them to anyone else facing ticket issues as well.

I was stopped by a NY state trooper for speeding on my way back to Canada right before the border crossing on I-81 in Mar. 2020. (Please be mindful about the signs of reducing speed. I didn't slow down quick enough). It was the first time I was stopped by a cop and I had no idea what I should do about this ticket. I searched on Google and decided to contact Mr. Azria. He was very nice to talk to and clarified all the questions I had regarding the ticket. In the end I did the online traffic safety training by Jefferson County. Mr. Azria helped me organize my correspondence with the DA and the court all the way through. I was quite fortunate to find him to fight the ticket for me. He and his assistant was very professional and knowledgeable. My charge was reduced to "failed to signal" and 2 points deduction. I appreciate the advice and help from Mr. Azria.

I was entirely satisfied with the representation I received from Azria and Bruffett. In May 2018, I received two tickets for failing to stop adequately at a stop sign (the officer said it was a "rolling stop") and failure to signal more than 100 ft. before a turn. I had never had a moving violation in 20+ years of driving, and I was now suddenly facing 5 points and the possibility of a hefty fine! Azria and Bruffett were able to get the charges reduced to a non-moving violation with no points and a minimal fine. Based on my experience, I would recommend them to someone who is concerned about avoiding points and black marks on their driving record.

Throughout the entire process I emailed for updates and they got back to me quickly. My ticket was finally dismissed. They were fantastic. Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! Extremely reasonable price, especially considering all I will be saving not having to pay extra on my insurance!

I was wrongly issued a ticket by a police officer who made a snap decision that was incorrect. I contacted Seth for help. He wanted to know the nature of the violation and my side of the story. He then told me to sit back as he would take on the matter for me. He updated me regularly as he communicated with the court, and eventually resolved the matter for me. His fee was reasonable and the results were excellent. I highly recommend him.
