Seth M. Azria heads the traffic practice at Azria & Bruffett Law Firm. Mr. Azria was born and raised in Syracuse, NY.  He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University at Buffalo with a minor in international trade conferred with high distinction. He earned his JD, magna cum laude, from New York Law School.

After graduation, Mr. Azria worked for a mid-size firm in West Palm Beach, Florida in their litigation and appeals department. Back in New York, Mr. Azria perfected several criminal appeals before the New York Appellate Division. He is admitted to practice in New York, Georgia, and Florida.

Mr. Azria now focuses on traffic defense and running the law firm. In nearly fifteen years, he has represented several thousand people in courts around New York State. 

Mr. Azria is dedicated to professionalism and takes pride in his prompt client communication. He has earned numerous five star reviews from clients for his work.

Mr. Bruffett has substantial experience on all sides of a New York criminal case. As a Rensselaer County Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Bruffett prosecuted DWI cases and worked in the Major Crimes Unit and has published on the topic of DWI in “Strategies for Defending DWI Cases in New York” by Aspatore Books.   

With the Onondaga County Assistant District Attorney’s office, Mr. Bruffett protected children and others prosecuting defendants in the Special Victims Unit. In 2012, Mr. Bruffett was elected as a Cicero Town Court Judge, where he still serves.
