Fantastic to work with, he was able to take my cell phone ticket worth a possible 5 points and bring it down to a muffler violation worth 0 points. Could not be happier with the service provided and how quick and easy everything was, once I answered a few questions everything else was taken care of for me! I had gotten an extremely high speeding ticket when I drove upstate for the first time. I'm 18 and have had my license for about a year, so my mother and I thought it would be a good idea to hire an attorney. It was a holiday weekend, so I was surprised when David Bruffett answered our call on Presidents' Day. I'm so thankful he did. He's did an amazing job getting my speeding ticket reduced. He instructed my on what to do to increase my chances to reduce as many points as possible. He was honest when telling us what our outcome would most likely be, however, the outcome exceeded our expectations. He and his staff were very professional and supportive. David had always made himself available to answer our calls.

I received a speeding ticket in upstate New York (30 mph above speed limit) - this was a 6 point hike on my insurance + fines up to $385. I hired Seth over the phone (I live out-of-state), paid my fees, and crossed my fingers. Wow. Mr. Seth Azria handled my case competently and efficiently. I did not have to appear in court, which made the entire process really painless. He was successful in negotiating a reduction of a speeding ticket to a no-point non-moving violation, for which I am truly grateful. Even though I had a very good record prior to the event, that ticket would have impacted my finances quite negatively. Thanks to Mr. Azria this did not happen.

For a very affordable fee, they were able to obtain dismissal of the moving violation resulting in a very small fine and court costs. I live in another state so this was especially convenient for me to help my dad and they saved me a lot of time. I am an attorney working in the lower Hudson Valley. I had an unfortunate brush with the law on my birthday of all days! which resulted in my receipt of a speeding ticket en-route to a wedding in Buffalo. I'd never had any other infractions on my record and this offense is certainly not an area in which I specialize. Very Professional and Trustworthy!

I contacted Azria Law Office after receiving a speed ticket (+24 mph). Pleading guilty would automatically assign me 6 points + fines to the court, and fines to DMV for 3 years. In addition, my insurance premium would increase. Azria Law Office handled my case in a very professional manner. The charges for the law office is also reasonable. Afterwards my case was converted to no point and a fine below $150. I am much relieved now!

Best Lawyer in Syracuse!

I found Mr. Bruffett after calling several lawyers in Syracuse. I had 6 outstanding tickets that I completely blew off and forgot about until I was arrested in NYC over a suspended license. Mr. Bruffett was able to get ALL of my tickets reduced with NO POINTS and he also got 2 tickets dismissed. When I first met him, it was the most pleasant experience one could ask for. He's one of the few lawyers who actually cares about YOU and not your money. He quoted me an extremely reasonable amount for all 6 tickets. I never had to step foot into a court room and he has a great relationship with the DA and he was able to work something out that was in my best interest. I feel a huge relief knowing all of my tickets are over with, and I could not thank Mr. Bruffett enough. He also gave me his personal phone number and I was able to text and call him whenever I needed him. I am a truck driver and I was involved in an accident and was charged with a speeding ticket, which carries a penalty of 3 points. I highly recommend Azria & Bruffett Law Firm for their professional service handling traffic tickets. I got my first speeding ticket in October 2021 after driving in US for 8 years. Best attorney in Upstate NY

Making this short and simple: I had over 15 traffic infractions/violations for driving without a license, speeding and among other serious infractions. Needless to say , Ralph took care of this all for me and I ended up just paying fines for the traffic tickets - Also , I'm a licensed driver now!

Highly recommended

Mr. Azria did a great job handled my speeding ticket! All it took was a quick telephone call and he took care of everything. He got my charge (and fine) reduced and I did not have to appear in court. Everything was handled via telephone & email.
