Most people charged with a speeding ticket want to be sure that their ticket is being handled. What they often don't realize is that by hiring us they have handled their ticket.
We represent our clients in court and in nearly all traffic infractions we can appear for you and handle the rest by mail and fax. Your active involvement in the case largely ends when you hire us.
However, misdemeanor or felony traffic offenses, e.g. Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO) or DWI require appearance in court.
